joon11ee

joon11ee rents exotic cars in Miami, LA/OC and San Francisco. I built the site where people browse the fleet, check a car for their dates and send a request.

Website, fleet pages, availability requests, lead inboxLive. Cars without verified footage get title cards.joon11ee.com is the site I built, now live.

What the research changed

  1. Royalty Exotic Cars, Porsche

Both show the same numbers in the same order on every car. Every joon11ee car now reads horsepower, city and day rate, in that order, at one size.

  2. Other exotic rental sites

Rating badges with no review counts don't prove anything, so the redesign drops counters, ratings and testimonials and uses Joon's own reels instead.

  3. mph club, Turo

Every rental site I looked at has an action in the first screen, and the first preview had none. Now there is one red 'Check availability' that opens the live booking page.

The Miami fleet under a labelled AI skyline
Browse by city. Miami, LA/OC and San Francisco, each with its own fleet. The Miami skyline is a labelled AI image.

Checking a car for your dates sends a request with the car and city already filled in. Nobody pays to ask.
