The Sticker Smith
The Sticker Smith prints custom stickers, labels and signs in Hayward. I built the site, the quote path and the tools the shop uses to handle requests.
Stickers are easier to buy when you can see the material.
The site puts the actual prints first, then helps a customer pick a format and ask for a quote with the details the shop needs.
tssprint.com before and after
The original site opened on its Press Print gate. This is the page after pressing it.

What the research changed
- Sticker Mule, StickerApp, StickerGiant
All three put a proof promise right under the headline. The shop's own line, '24hr Proof · Bay Area Pickup · Quality Guaranteed', now sits right under the main buttons, with no review count beside it.
- StickerApp, StickerGiant
Both treat roll labels as a format of their own, and the original site already said 'Labels & Roll Labels'. Roll labels stay in the headline, the hero picker and the format list.
- Minuteman Press Hayward
The local walk-in alternative runs a franchise template with no photos of its work. The Sticker Smith opens on a real job from its own press, MagDre's holographic die-cut stacks, named on screen.
On a laptop and a phone

On the live store, customers review a digital proof before anything runs. Press Print, the printer-style gate the shop already had, stays in the redesign. Hayward and Oakland pages serve people searching nearby, and the shop answers quotes from a private screen.
